Self-Service requires the ability to run JavaScript code. Please enable JavaScript in your browser.For Internet Explorer, follow the steps below to enable Active Scripting:

Go to Tools menu.

Select Internet Options.

Click Security tab.

Click Custom Level... button.

Scroll the Settings list down till you see Active Scripting.

Select Enable.

Click OK.

Click OK again.

For FireFox, follow the steps below to enable JavaScript:

Go to Options menu.

Select Content.

Check the Enable JavaScript box.

Click OK.
